Color Samples

Color samples consist of pieces of hair that are taped to a small 1.75" x 3.5" note card, and are available for most of the braiding hair that we carry.

Shipping: We ship samples for free via First Class Letter. First Class Letter usually takes around 7 business days to be delivered in the US, 1-6 weeks for Canada, and 1-12 weeks for all other international destinations. It does not include tracking. If you would like to upgrade the shipping for your samples to be sent with tracking, please add a tracking upgrade to your order.

Color Matching: If you'd like us to make recommendations from a photo, email us at ikickshins@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help. Or for color matching in person, just send a sample of your hair--or anything that you want us to match the color of--in a plastic baggy to:

Please make sure to put the sample in a plastic bag along with a note indicating what product you want your sample matched with (for example, something like "kanekalon jumbo braid" or "RastAfri marley braid") and your email address in the envelope. When we receive it, we'll match it up and let you know what comes closest.

Please do not put your email address inside the plastic bag. The only thing that should be in the bag is the hair sample.

Our mailing address is a PO box. We check the PO box once per week, on Friday afternoons or Saturday mornings. Please allow until the end of business on the following Monday after your sample is delivered for us to get back to you with color recommendations.

Comparison Pictures: We are also happy to take color comparison pictures for you. If you'd like to see a few similar colors side by side, contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!
