Information we collect
In operating our store, it is essential for us to capture some information about your device, such as your IP address and information related to your visit when you browse our store. Bigcommerce
Our store is hosted by Bigcommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Third-party Services

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Therefore, we might need to retain certain data even if you ask to delete it. We only retain data that is required for tax purposes and fraud detection. We keep offline records for tax purposes for 7 fiscal years after the date that the order was placed.
