Ships By - The "ships by" date is the latest date that your order will be completed and shipped. Sometimes orders can ship earlier, and sometimes they'll ship on the actual date that's posted. We try to have orders out early whenever possible.
Awaiting reply - There is an issue with your order that must be addressed before we can ship it. We have contacted you via e-mail and are waiting for you to reply.
Awaiting payment - We have not yet received payment for your order. We do not begin working on custom items and we do not ship anything until we receive payment.
Payment received - We have received payment, but we have not started working on your order yet. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY LIST CUSTOM ORDERS ON THE STATUS PAGE. ALL OTHER ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS AND ARE NOT LISTED HERE.
In progress - We are currently working on your order. If your order is listed as "In progress" and you'd like to know specifically how much work has been done on it, feel free to ask!
Supplies on order - We are waiting for a shipment of supplies that is needed to complete your order. Orders with "Supplies on order" as their status are not delayed; we take ordering times into account when we quote your shipping date.
Order number unlisted: Due to high order volume, we are only posting custom items on the status page. If your order does not include any custom items, it will not be listed here. All orders for non-custom items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Once again, if your order does not include any custom items, it will not be listed on this page.
